“The Secret Garden” of Zaha Hadid

“The colours of Green: sustainable stone”. This has been the theme of the sixth edition of the show MARMOMACC MEETS DESIGN, organised by the Verona fair (September 2012).

The well known British-Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid, winner of the Pritzer Architecture Award in 2004, formed part of the exhibition with “ The Secret Garden”, a series of marble panels with geometric designs inspired in the complexity of organising systems of nature. A dialogue that establishes a direct relation between nature and architecture.
In this exhibition, the experience of the companies of the sector and the creativity of the designers or architects come together to investigate the versatility and the new interpretations of natural stone.
