Casa Decor 2025 Awards

On 13 May the 13th Casa Decor 2025 Awards were presented in its four categories: Best Project, Best Original Design, Best Product Design and Space Most Voted for by the Public. In addition, two important prizes were awarded: the Prize of Honour to the Professional Trajectory and an Extraordinary Prize.

Casa Decor is an original staging of the latest trends in interior decoration that each year takes place in an emblematic building in Madrid. Several teams made up of interior designers, decorators, suppliers of materials and furniture, among other professionals, are in charge of furnishing and decorating each of the building's rooms. Casa Decor, which this year celebrated its 60th edition in the building at calle Sagasta, 33 in Madrid, has had natural stone as the protagonist in several of its spaces.

The prize for the Most Voted Space by the public went to ‘Essence & Harmony Kitchen’ by Sixtypro and designed by Beatriz Silveira, which featured an impressive quartzite countertop by Cupa Stone.

The award for Best Original Design went to the ‘Sunset Biscuit’ floor designed by U Interior Design for the space of the company Piedra de Ibiza in the lobby ‘Ibiza's Soul’.

The first mention for Best Original Design went to the backlit lamps in natural stone designed by Ramón Esteve for the ‘La Gruta’ space of the company Gómez Grau.

This lobby explored natural stone and nature, evoking a quarry and highlighting the textures of the stones with light.

The 3rd prize for the Most Voted Space went to ‘This is not a Kitchen’ by the Coeco Group designed by López y Tena Arquitectos with the spectacular natural stone kitchen island by the company Gómez Grau.
