Christmas season has arrived, this is the time for gifts: company gifts, to family members.... Natural stone can add something to this tradition. Some stone companies have developed daily use products that, when made in natural stone, add value to the originality.
During Marmomac Restart digital fair held end of September 2020, the Director of this magazine, Anil Taneja, gave a talk speculating on the post Covid-19 world and how the natural stone industry could be affected, of the possibilities and risks in the new environment. Below is a video of that talk.

Mining policies are often a complex issue, and government policies also vary frequently to reflect new sensibilities and priorities.
